Figure made for the Cranach: Artist and innovator Exhibition at Compton Verney.

This figure is a reworking based on the Cranach painting of Venus and Cupid from Compton Verney's Collection. The Venus figure was originally painted with a wide brimmed red had which was later painted over, I gave my figure a red sun visor and replaced Cupid with a boxer dog, based on one owned by a neighbour.
